Farmejohns' Asiago is our largest selling cheese. Aged for 6 month, Asiago is still good grading cheese but  also crumbles as a salad topping or slices like a cheddar.

Farmerjohns' Fresh Cheese Curds are  made the same morning they're shipped. Fresh and Squeaky.

Farmerjohns' Gorgonzola is an extra creamy  blue cheese. Made with 9% cream (blue has 3% cream)  our gorgonzola is a natural salad topping.

Farmerjohns' Parmesan  is aged 12-14 months. Some parmesan is aged for over 2 years, but our custumers prefer a younger more versatile parmesan.

Farmerjohns' Provolone is a 6 month aged and smoked cheese. We naturally smoke the provolone with apple wood. This cheese is featured in many fine restaurants, who like a naturally smoked cheese flavor.
